Who processes your data

• Juan José Montiel Pérez is the controller of your Meetamorph account. Contact: info@meetamorph.org.
• At each event, its organiser is the controller of the event's data, and Meetamorph processes it on the organiser's behalf. Every event has its own privacy notice, linked in the footer of its pages.

What account data we process and why

• Your email address, to identify you and send you single-use sign-in links. We do not use passwords.
• Your base profile (name, photo, bio, company, job title and social networks), if you choose to fill it in, so you do not have to type it again for every event. You decide for each field whether it is shared with events.
• Your consents: what you agreed to and when.
• Your devices, if you use the app, to send you notifications.
• Technical logs (sign-in time and browser), to keep the service secure.
• If you organise events, the organisations you belong to and your role in each.

Legal basis

• Your account and signing in: providing the service you ask for when you sign up (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Showing your profile to other attendees: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time from your profile.
• Security and technical logs: our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long

• Your account and base profile, until you delete the account from your profile. Deletion is immediate.
• Each event's data, until the retention period set by its organiser is over.
• Sign-in links expire shortly after they are sent and are deleted afterwards.

Who it is shared with

• The organiser of each event you take part in, only what belongs to that event.

• Other attendees, only what you choose to show.

• The providers that serve the platform:

• None at the moment.

We do not sell data or use it for advertising. The sponsors and collaborators each event shows in its footer receive no data through the platform.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies: the session, the language and the one that protects forms. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not need to ask for your permission.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to info@meetamorph.org. For an event's data, contact its organiser; if you write to us, we will pass your request on. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
