Who is responsible

a11yConf organises a11yConf and is the controller of the data of the people who take part. Contact: info@a11yconf.com.

The Meetamorph platform, run by Juan José Montiel Pérez, processes this data on the organiser's behalf, under an agreement that meets Article 28 of the GDPR.

What data and why

• Your ticket data (name, email and order code), to prepare your badge and let you sign in.
• Whatever you add to your profile, to show it to other attendees if you choose to.
• Your help requests and the place in the venue you make them from, so that volunteers can help you. They may reveal information about your health or disability: they are only used to help you.
• The messages you send to other attendees.

Legal basis

• Your registration and badge: your relationship with the event when you register (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Showing your profile to other people: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw from your profile.
• Dealing with your help requests when they reveal health data: your explicit consent when you send them (Art. 9(2)(a)).

How long

The event's data is deleted 90 days after it ends. Your Meetamorph account and base profile do not depend on the event: you manage them from your account.

Who it is shared with

The event's organiser and the platform's providers, listed in the Meetamorph privacy notice. Other attendees only see what you choose to show. It is not used for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to info@a11yconf.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
